A New Riding Season

Well the snow has gone and the spring rains and wind have arrived. Riding season will soon be on us and I am not ready for it. I have a fork seal to fix and a carburetor kit to put in. Top off I need to get some kind of exhaust worked out. Open pipes just don't seem to work well. I just need to get off my ass and get it done.

I have decided to get everything in order and get my motorcycle endorsement and be legal. This will get me out and riding more so I can have something to write in this blog about. I hope to make it to at least one real bike rally and visit some good biker friendly destinations in Western Iowa. I will also put out some props for any good independent bike shops I find. I already have a couple of suggestions for places to visit.
